Shipping Regions We offer free shipping to all regions we serve. Shipping is only available to select countries as indicated at checkout.
Processing Time
- In-stock artworks: Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation.
- Pre-order artworks: These artworks require a drying period of 6-8 weeks before they can be safely shipped.
Delivery Time After your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times vary depending on your location:
- Netherlands: 1-3 business days
- European Union: 3-7 business days
- International: 7-14 business days
Total time from order to delivery includes processing time (3-5 business days for in-stock items, 6-8 weeks for pre-orders) plus shipping time.

Customs and Import Duties For international orders outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.
Packaging All artworks are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Each piece is wrapped in protective materials and shipped in a sturdy box designed for artwork transportation.
Tracking You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. You can use this to track your shipment.
Lost or Damaged Shipments If your artwork is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at info@heidygrootfineart.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date (for lost items) or receipt (for damaged items). We will work with you to find a solution.
