Cancellation policy

**Right to Cancel**
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your artwork, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.

**How to Cancel**
To cancel your order, please contact us at info@heidygrootfineart.com with a clear statement of your decision to cancel. You can use the contact form on our website or send an email directly.

**Cancellation Before Shipment**
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us immediately at info@heidygrootfineart.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but once an order has been shipped, the standard 14-day return policy applies.

**Pre-Order Cancellations**
For pre-order artworks that are in the drying period, cancellation is possible before shipment. Please contact us at info@heidygrootfineart.com as soon as possible.

**Refunds After Cancellation**
If you cancel your order within the 14-day period after receiving your artwork, you must return the artwork in its original, undamaged condition and original packaging. Once we receive and approve the returned item, we will refund the full purchase amount within 14 days using the same payment method you used for the original purchase. Return shipping costs are at your expense, and original shipping costs will not be refunded.
